  The older woman that works their is racist and demeaning. I was browsing for some emerald earrings for my 1 year old niece as a gift. The associate followed me around the store after I told her several times I’m fine. When I asked to see a pair of earrings from underneath the glass she kept going over all the prices and stated they were pricey. I asked if any of the earrings come with a warranty and she stated, “We guarantee quality.” (Completely eluding the question) I explained to her that the jewelry was for my 1 year old niece and that I was mainly concerned about the jewelry falling out. She stated to me that she thinks that I will be better off purchasing some jewelry that is reasonably priced from a Pakistanian or Iranian. I was completely disgusted by her response. Unfortunately, I still did purchase from this store but I’m returning everything because the entire experience was uncomfortable. However, I have purchased from Kay Jewelers... No problems!
